Problem

The BART system won't let me allocate a license to a member who has requested to join my group.

Solution

One reason for why you sometimes can't allocate a license to a new member, is because there is an outstanding request by the member to join your group. This means that the request has not yet been accepted, and the new member isn't yet activated.

Check to make sure you have accepted or declined your group requests by visiting the BART Members webapp.

  1. Navigate to 'Administration > Members'
  2. Click on the 'Requests' tab
  3. You will see a list of all requests for members to join your group
